Standard Board expects payment to be due in full at the
time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments
and detailed conference materials.
Participant's registration will not be confirmed until
payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
of Standard Board
Participant can substitute delegates
at any time by notifying Standard Board.
In case we receive cancellation request in writing not
less than eight days prior to the conference, delegates
will receive 90% credit to be used against any other
Standard Board event within one year from the date of the
event for which they registered. Standard Board will
charge 10% administration fees for all permitted
cancellations. Standard Board will not reimburse for
cancellation requests received within seven days
(inclusive) of the conference
Standard Board is liable to refund 100% of the contract
fee paid in case we cancel an event. Delegate may adjust
this credit for any other Standard Board event to be
mutually agreed with Standard Board and which must occur
within one year from the date of the cancelled event you
paid for.
If a delegate is unable or unwilling to attend an event
rescheduled by Standard Board, he will receive a credit
for 100% of the contract fee paid. Delegate use this
credit for another Standard Board event to be mutually
agreed with Standard Board, which must occur within one
year from the date of postponement.
Except as
specified above, no credits will be issued for
cancellations. There are no refunds given under any
circumstances.
Standard Board is not responsible for any loss or damage
as a result of a substitution, alteration or
cancellation/postponement of an event. Standard Board
shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this
conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to
an unexpected event, natural calamity, unforeseen
occurrence or any other event that renders performance of
this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible.
Standard Board make sure that the speakers, topics and
other necessary information concerning the conference is
up to date when delivered to you, however conditions
beyond the control of Standard Board may call for certain
changes like speakers and/or topics. As such Standard
Board reserves the right to change or modify the
advertised speakers and/or topics if required without any
liability to anybody whatsoever. The necessary changes
will be updated on the web page as soon as possible.
Discounts
All 'Early Bird' Discounts must require payment at time of
registration and before the cut-off date in order to
receive any discount. Any discounts offered whether by Standard Board (including
team discounts) must also require payment at the time of
registration. All discount offers cannot be combined with any other
offer.
